Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

According to our experience, the delivery time to countries subject to customs duties is 5 to 10 working days.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We charge a flat rate of 4.99 € per order for packaging and shipping costs in Germany. Shipping is via DHL as an insured package with tracking code.

Packing and shipping costs within the EU and Switzerland - € 9,90
Packing and shipping costs to other countries: on request at info@isdm-worldwide.de.
