L88 is focused on hi-tech LCD optoelectronic sunglasses based on Wicue LC dimming films. In 2015, Wicue won the first prize of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and was funded by the Shenzhen government. Founded by the US Tech Team, the technology was selected as an overseas high-level talent team of Shenzhen "Peacock Project" in 2016. Wicue stepless dimming eyewear and stepless dimming automotive glass projects were launched in 2019.
